About Me
I work with a wide range of international clients from my home base in Southwest Michigan.
My favorite work is getting to know a team, absorbing and organizing large amounts of information, and collaborating to solve their trickiest problems ā spanning communications strategy, web design, branding frameworks, reports, and proposals
My thematic expertise is in food systems and non-profit innovation, but I love to learn about and work with new subject areas. Over the years, I have delved into community health, nutrition, and early childhood education, among others.
In 2012, I graduated as valedictorian from the American University of Rome, with a BA in Communications
In 2013, I received my Master of Science in Sociology with Distinction (highest possible honors) from the London School of Economics & Political Science
From 2013-2018 I worked at the World Food Programme of the United Nations, based in Rome, but traveling to countries like Afghanistan, Ethiopia, and Mozambique.
In 2018 my husband, dog Balor, and I relocated to New York City and I began work at the International Rescue Committee
In 2021 I launched my consulting business from my childhood home of Southwest Michiganā¦and grew my family as well!

That's often where I do my best work. My career has taken me from UN food policy to AI startups to consumer brands, and each time the job is the same: get up to speed fast, ask the right questions, and translate complexity into something clear and compelling.
